IS25LP128-JLLE

The IS25LP128-JLLE is a 128Mbit (16Mbyte) serial NOR Flash memory IC manufactured by Integrated Silicon Solution. It offers high performance with a 133MHz clock frequency for fast read operations and supports multiple interface protocols including standard SPI, Dual I/O, Quad I/O, and QPI (Quad Peripheral Interface) with Double Transfer Rate (DTR) options.

This memory device operates from a single 2.3V to 3.6V power supply and features low power consumption with an active read current of 5 mA and standby current of 10 µA. It is designed for durability with over 100,000 erase/program cycles and more than 20 years of data retention. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C.

The IS25LP128-JLLE is available in an 8-WSON (8x6mm) package and supports surface mount technology. Its memory organization is 16M x 8, with 256 bytes per programmable page. It also includes advanced security features such as software and hardware write protection and a 128-bit unique ID.
