The IS25LP032D-JBLA3 is a 32Mbit (4M x 8) serial flash memory device manufactured by Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. It offers a high-performance SPI interface supporting standard SPI, Fast, Dual I/O, Quad I/O, SPI DTR, Dual I/O DTR, and Quad I/O DTR modes, along with QPI. The device operates with a clock frequency of up to 133MHz, providing an equivalent QPI clock rate of 532MHz.
