The IS25LP032D-JBLA3-TR is a 32Mbit (4MByte) serial flash memory device manufactured by Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (ISSI). It offers a versatile storage solution with high flexibility and performance, accessed through an industry-standard serial peripheral interface (SPI).

This flash memory supports multiple interface modes including standard SPI, Fast SPI, Dual I/O, Quad I/O, SPI DTR, Dual I/O DTR, and Quad I/O DTR, as well as Quad Peripheral Interface (QPI). It boasts a high clock frequency of up to 133MHz, enabling fast read operations and an equivalent QPI clock rate of up to 532MHz. The device provides an access time of 7ns and supports continuous read burst wraps for efficient data transfer.

Designed for low power consumption, the IS25LP032D operates from a single voltage supply ranging from 2.3V to 3.6V. It features robust endurance with over 100,000 erase/program cycles and more than 20 years of data retention. The memory architecture includes flexible sector/block erase options and page programming capabilities.

The IS25LP032D-JBLA3-TR is supplied in an 8-pin SOIC package with a 208mil width, suitable for surface mounting. It operates within an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, making it suitable for various industrial and automotive applications. Advanced security features such as software and hardware write protection are also included.
