The Infineon IRF6218STRLPBF is a P-channel HEXFET Power MOSFET designed for applications such as reset switches for active clamp reset DC-DC converters. It features a maximum drain-to-source breakdown voltage of -150V and a continuous drain current of -27A at 25°C.
