The IP4292CZ10-TBR,115 from Nexperia is a 4-channel steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode designed for ESD protection of ultra high-speed interfaces. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V and a typical clamping voltage of 4V, with a peak pulse current rating of 4A (8/20µs waveform).
This device provides robust ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2: ±8 kV contact discharge and ±15 kV air discharge, while maintaining an ultra-low per-channel capacitance of 0.55 pF typical, making it suitable for high-speed signal lines such as USB, HDMI, and DisplayPort.
