The IP4283CZ10-TBR,115 is a four-channel steering rail-to-rail TVS diode array from Nexperia. It provides ESD protection for high-speed interfaces such as HDMI, DisplayPort, eSATA, and LVDS. This device integrates rail-to-rail clamping diodes with an ultra-low line capacitance of only 0.6 pF per channel.
Electrical characteristics include a nominal reverse standoff voltage of 5.5 V and a typical clamping voltage of 9.5 V at a peak pulse current of 3.8 A (8/20 µs). The ESD protection level is ±8 kV contact per IEC 61000-4-2, Level 4.
The device is housed in a compact 10-pin XFDFN package (DFN2510A-10) and is surface mountable. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The part is RoHS3 compliant with MSL Level 1.
