The Nexperia IP4234CZ6,125 is a single-chip ESD protection TVS diode array designed for USB 2.0 and other high-speed I/O ports. Using a steering (rail-to-rail) architecture with four unidirectional channels and an integrated Zener diode, it provides low clamping voltage and protects sensitive circuits from electrostatic discharge. The device meets IEC 61000-4-2 level 4 with ±8 kV contact discharge capability and is compliant with IEC 61000-4-5 for 15 A lightning surges (8/20 µs).
