The IP4233CZ6125 is an ultra low capacitance ESD protection diode array from Nexperia, designed to protect I/O ports such as Ethernet from electrostatic discharge. It integrates two pairs of back-to-back diodes in a 6-lead SOT363 package, allowing AC signals to pass without negative clipping.
The device provides ESD protection compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 level 4 at ±8 kV contact discharge. Input-to-ground capacitance is 0.9 pF typical and 1.3 pF maximum at 1 MHz. Reverse leakage current is 100 nA maximum at 3 V input, and breakdown voltage ranges from 6 V to 9.5 V at 5 mA.
Maximum input voltage is ±5.5 V. The device operates over -40°C to +85°C and can be stored from -55°C to +125°C. It is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
The SOT363 surface-mount package (SC-88) uses SMD/SMT termination and is suited for high-frequency AC-coupled Ethernet ports. Its low capacitance helps minimize signal degradation in high-speed data lines.
