The HVCC153Y6P151MEAX is a high voltage ceramic capacitor from Vishay Dale's HVCC series. It features a capacitance of 150 pF with a tolerance of ±20% and a rated DC voltage of 15 kV (15000 V). The capacitor uses a Y6P ceramic dielectric, offering a temperature coefficient of ±10% over the operating temperature range of -30°C to +105°C. The dissipation factor is limited to a maximum of 1.5% at 1 kHz, and the insulation resistance is at least 200,000 MΩ at 500 VDC. The dielectric strength is tested at 1.5 times the rated voltage for 60 seconds.
