The Vishay GSOT24C-G3-18 is a two-line Zener ESD protection diode designed for general-purpose circuit protection. It features a 24V reverse standoff voltage and a maximum clamping voltage of 47V. With a peak pulse power rating of 235W and peak pulse current of 5A (8/20µs waveform), it provides robust transient suppression.
The device offers ESD immunity of ±30 kV contact and ±30 kV air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, and is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. Capacitance is 65pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed signal lines.
Packaged in a space-saving SOT-23-3 surface-mount case, this component is RoHS3 compliant with MSL level 1 and is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to 150°C.
