The Murata GQM1875C2E120GB12D is a high Q multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) designed for general purpose applications requiring high frequency performance. It offers a nominal capacitance of 12 pF with a tight tolerance of ±2% and is rated for a DC voltage of 250V.
