This is a Murata GJM series high-Q multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 15 pF, rated voltage of 50V DC, and C0G (NP0) temperature coefficient. It offers a capacitance tolerance of ±5% and operates over -55°C to 125°C.
The capacitor exhibits excellent stability with a temperature coefficient of 0±30 ppm/°C and a high Q factor (≥400+20C for values ≤30pF). Insulation resistance is ≥10000 MΩ, and dielectric withstanding voltage is 150V (300% of rated voltage). Capacitance drift is limited to ±0.2% or ±0.05pF.
Designed for surface mount assembly, this component comes in an 0402 (1005 metric) package with dimensions 1.00mm x 0.50mm x 0.55mm max. It is suitable for reflow soldering only and is available on tape and reel packaging (180mm reel, 10000 pcs/reel).
Typical applications include RF, microwave, and high-frequency circuits where high Q and low loss are critical. The C0G dielectric ensures stable capacitance over temperature and voltage.
