The Kyocera AVX GG0402052R542P is a bi-directional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode from the GiGuard series, designed for general purpose ESD protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5V, clamping voltage of 15.5V at 3A (8/20µs), and a peak pulse power rating of 46W.
With a low typical capacitance of 2.5pF at 1MHz, this diode is suitable for high-speed signal line protection. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and is supplied in a leadless 0402 (1005 Metric) surface mount package.
