The GF1B-E3/67A is a general-purpose standard recovery rectifier diode manufactured by Vishay Dale. It is designed for 100V maximum reverse voltage and 1A average rectified forward current, with a maximum forward voltage of 1.1V at 1A. The diode features a standard recovery speed of greater than 500ns at currents above 200mA, with a reverse recovery time of 2 microseconds.
This diode is housed in a DO-214BA surface-mount package (also known as GF1), suitable for automated assembly processes. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C, making it suitable for a wide range of environments.
