The Vishay Dale GF1B-E3/5CA is a general-purpose standard recovery rectifier diode designed for 100V reverse voltage and 1A average rectified current. It features a typical forward voltage of 1.1V at 1A and a reverse recovery time of 2 µs, suitable for low-speed rectification applications.
This device uses standard silicon technology and is rated for operation over a temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. It is supplied in a DO-214BA surface-mount package (also known as GF1), enabling automated assembly for high-volume production.
