The GBJ3510-F is a single-phase bridge rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, featuring glass passivated die construction for high reliability. It is designed for printed circuit board applications and offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V.
With a heatsink, it can deliver an average rectified forward current of 35A at +80°C case temperature; without heatsink, 3.6A at +25°C.
