FNA25012A is a 1200V, 50A 3-phase IGBT inverter module from onsemi, part of the Motion SPM® 2 series. It integrates gate drive circuits and multiple protection features including under-voltage lockout, over-current shutdown, short-circuit protection, temperature sensing, and fault reporting. The module is designed for AC induction, BLDC, and PMSM motor control applications in industrial motor drives.
