The KEMET F462BS104K1K0Z is a metallized polypropylene (MKP) film capacitor from the F462 series. It offers a capacitance of 0.1 µF with a tolerance of 10%. The capacitor is rated for 1000 VDC at 85°C and 600 VDC at 105°C, with a 300 VAC rating. It features a low dissipation factor of 0.04% at 1 kHz, high insulation resistance of 100 GΩ, and a maximum dV/dt of 1600 V/µs with an inductance of 6 nH.
This through-hole component has radial leads with 15 mm lead spacing and is housed in a radial case measuring 18 mm length, 16 mm height, and 10 mm thickness. The operating temperature range spans -55°C to +105°C. The capacitor is RoHS compliant and is not AEC-Q200 qualified.
