The Artesyn EXB50-48S3V3 is an isolated DC-DC converter module designed for commercial ITE applications. It delivers a single regulated 3.3V output at up to 10A (33W) from a nominal 48V input, with an input voltage range of 36 to 75Vdc. Typical full-load efficiency is 90%, and the converter supports output voltage trimming from 60% to 110% of nominal.
The module includes comprehensive protection features: overvoltage protection (OVP), overtemperature protection (OTP), short circuit protection (SCP), and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). Remote on/off control is provided with positive logic. The output ripple and noise are limited to 100 mV pk-pk (20 mV rms) over a 5 Hz to 20 MHz bandwidth. Transient response is 2.0% peak deviation with 200 µs recovery.
