The EM2130L01QI is a fully integrated 30A digital PowerSoC synchronous buck converter from Intel. It combines an advanced digital controller, gate drivers, synchronous MOSFET switches, and a high-performance inductor in a compact 100-PowerBQFN (100-QFN 17x11) package. Only input and output filter capacitors and a few small signal components are required for a complete solution.
Key electrical specifications include a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 16V, an adjustable output voltage from 0.7V to 1.325V, and a continuous output current of 30A with no thermal derating. Typical efficiency reaches 90% at 12V in, 1.2V out and 95% at 5V in, 3.3V out.
