The EM2130H01QI is a fully integrated PowerSoC synchronous buck converter from Intel. It combines a digital controller, gate drivers, synchronous MOSFET switches, and a high-performance inductor in a single 100-PowerBQFN module. The module delivers up to 30A continuous output current without thermal derating, with an input voltage range of 4.5V to 16V and an adjustable output voltage from 1.35V to 3.6V.
Typical efficiency reaches 95% at 5V input and 3.3V output, and 90% at 12V input and 1.2V output. The device features differential remote sensing and ±0.5% set-point accuracy over line, load, and temperature, ensuring precise regulation for demanding loads. Output ripple is as low as 10 mV peak-to-peak.
The module supports PMBus v1.2 for setup, control, and telemetry, and includes protection features such as OCP, OTP, OVP, SCP, and UVLO.
