The EFM32™ Tiny Gecko microcontroller from Silicon Labs is designed for energy-sensitive applications. It features the industry-standard ARM® Cortex®-M3 processor and operates at a clock speed of up to 32 MHz.
This MCU offers up to 32 kB of Flash memory and 4 kB of RAM. Its energy efficiency is highlighted by an active current consumption as low as 150 μA/MHz and a sleep current of just 1 μA with a real-time counter running. The device is available in compact packages as small as 4x4 mm.
