This is a metallized polypropylene film capacitor from Panasonic's ECWF(A) series. It offers a capacitance of 0.33µF, a voltage rating of 250VDC, and a tolerance of ±5%. The capacitor features non-inductive construction with metallized polypropylene film and a flame retardant epoxy resin coating.
Designed for high frequency and high current circuits, it exhibits low loss, low hum sound noise, and excellent frequency characteristics. The dissipation factor is less than 0.1% at 20°C and 1kHz. Insulation resistance is greater than 9000 MΩ for capacitance below 0.33µF and greater than 3000 MΩ·µF for capacitance at or above 0.33µF.
The capacitor is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. It is supplied in a radial leaded package with PC pin terminations. The lead spacing is 10.00mm. The dimensions are 13.00mm length, 7.30mm width, and 17.90mm height. Standard packaging is 100 pieces per bag.
Applications include high frequency and switching circuits. The capacitor is RoHS and REACH compliant. It is suitable for active filter circuits at 450VDC and general high frequency circuits at 250VDC and 630VDC versions.
