The Panasonic ECQ-V1H223JL3 is a stacked metallized polyester film capacitor in a radial through-hole package. It is designed for high density insertion applications and features non-inductive construction for excellent electrical characteristics.
Electrical specifications include a capacitance of 0.022 µF with ±5% tolerance, rated voltage of 50 VDC, dissipation factor of ≤1.0% at 20°C and 1 kHz, insulation resistance of ≥3000 MΩ at 20°C and 50 VDC, and a withstand voltage of 75 VDC (150% of rated voltage) for 60 seconds.
The capacitor is housed in a radial package with PC pin terminations and 5.00 mm lead spacing. Dimensions are 7.30 mm length, 3.20 mm width, and 6.00 mm height.
