The DT1452-02SO-7 is a 2-channel low capacitance TVS diode array from Diodes Incorporated, designed to protect sensitive high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transient voltage events. It features a reverse working voltage of 5.5V and a clamping voltage of 11V at a peak pulse current of 12A (8/20µs). The device offers IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection of ±16kV for both contact and air discharge, making it suitable for robust protection in demanding environments.
With a typical channel input capacitance of only 1.2pF, this TVS array is optimized for high-speed interfaces such as HDMI, USB 2.0, IEEE1394, Serial ATA, and DVI. The steering (rail-to-rail) topology provides bidirectional protection for two I/O lines against overvoltage transients. The device is fully RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and rated UL 94V-0 for flammability.
The DT1452-02SO-7 is housed in a surface-mount SOT-23-3 package with matte tin finish over an Alloy 42 leadframe. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and has a maximum power dissipation of 300mW.
