DT1240V3-04LP-7 is a 4-channel low capacitance TVS diode array from Diodes Incorporated, designed to protect high-speed I/O lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and lightning surges. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 6V. The device provides clamping voltages of 8.8V at 10A (100ns TLP) and 9V at 5.5A (8/20µs), with a peak pulse current rating of 5.5A (8/20µs).
