The DT1042-04SO-7 is a 4-channel low capacitance TVS diode array from Diodes Incorporated designed to protect high-speed data lines from ESD and other transient overvoltage events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a typical clamping voltage of 9V at 10A (100ns TLP) and 7.7V at 6A (8/20µs). The device offers IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection of Air ±27kV and Contact ±16kV, and IEC 61000-4-4 EFT Level 4 rating. With a low typical channel input capacitance of 0.65pF, it is suitable for high-speed ports such as USB 2.0, HDMI, and IEEE1394. The device is packaged in a SOT26 (SOT-23-6) surface mount package, is fully RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free.
