The DS1100Z-500+T is a 5-tap silicon delay line designed for timing applications. It provides a total delay of up to 500ns, with the first tap at 100ns and subsequent taps incrementing by 100ns. This nonprogrammable delay line operates from a 4.75V to 5.25V supply and is specified for commercial and industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C.
