The DLPT05-7-F from Diodes Incorporated is a surface mount TVS diode designed for data line protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a typical clamping voltage of 9.8V at 1A, providing 300W peak pulse power (8/20µs). The device is specifically designed for steering (rail-to-rail) protection applications.
