The D5V0S1UN2LP1610-7 is a 1-channel high surge TVS diode from Diodes Incorporated designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge (ESD), surge, and lightning events. It offers ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 with contact and air discharge ratings of ±30kV. Surge protection is provided per IEC 61000-4-5 with a maximum peak pulse current of 120A (8/20µs waveform). Typical clamping voltage is 7.4V. The device features a low typical capacitance of 390pF at 1MHz.
This TVS diode is housed in the compact U-DFN1610-2 surface mount package, making it suitable for space-constrained portable applications such as cellular handsets, digital cameras, and MP3 players. The package is manufactured with green molding compound (UL 94V-0) and NiPdAu over copper leadframe termination finish. It supports an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The part is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has an MSL rating of Level 1.
