The D5V0S1U2LP1610-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a single-channel unidirectional TVS diode designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other voltage transients. It provides ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 with contact and air discharge ratings of ±30kV minimum.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 5V, minimum breakdown voltage of 6.0V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 11.5V at a peak pulse current of 150A (8/20µs waveform). The device features a typical capacitance of 800pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data lines. Power line protection is not supported.
