The D24V0S1U2TQ-7 is a single channel unidirectional Zener TVS diode from Diodes Incorporated designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge (ESD). It provides robust ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 with ±30kV contact and air discharge ratings.
Key electrical specifications include a 24V reverse standoff voltage (VRWM), 27V minimum breakdown voltage, and 36V maximum clamping voltage. The device can handle 6A peak pulse current (8/20µs) with 360W peak pulse power. Typical capacitance is 35pF at 1MHz, and reverse leakage current is 200nA maximum at 24V.
This TVS is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications and operates over a wide temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. It comes in a compact SOD-523 surface mount package with a weight of only 0.001g. Power dissipation is 250mW with thermal resistance of 500°C/W.
