It features a typical reverse standoff voltage of 18V, a peak pulse current rating of 2A (8/20 µs waveform), and a peak pulse power rating of 36W. The device has a low capacitance of 18 pF at 1 MHz, making it suitable for high-speed signal line protection. It is not intended for power line protection.
