The CPDQ12V0U-HF is a surface-mount ESD protection diode from Comchip Technology, designed to safeguard sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge and transient voltage events. This diode provides IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection up to 15kV (air discharge) and 8kV (contact discharge), meeting Level 4 requirements.
