Contacts are made of phosphor bronze with 10 µ" (0.25 µm) gold plating over 50 µ" nickel, ensuring reliable low-resistance connections. The socket is rated for 3.4A per pin (2 pins powered) and 280 VAC / 395 VDC. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. It mates with Samtec FTSH, FTS, and FW series headers. Maximum mating cycles are 100 with the gold finish. Insertion depth is 1.40 mm minimum for top entry and 2.41 mm minimum for bottom entry. SMT lead coplanarity is 0.10 mm maximum for 02-35 positions. The part is lead-free solderable. Packaging options include tape and reel (suffix -TR or -FR) or tube/tray.
