The Samtec CLE-115-01-G-DV-A is a 30-position, dual-row, board-to-board receptacle with a 0.80mm pitch and 1.20mm row spacing. It is designed for surface mount soldering and features a push-pull fastening mechanism. The insulator is molded from black liquid crystal polymer (UL94 V-0 rated) and includes a board guide feature for alignment.

 

Electrical performance includes a current rating of 2.7A per pin when two pins are powered, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The contacts are made of beryllium copper with a gold finish (10 µ" over 50 µ" nickel) and the terminals are phosphor bronze. The connector supports up to 100 mating cycles with this gold plating thickness.

 

Mechanical design includes a top entry insertion depth of 1.73mm to 3.18mm and a bottom entry minimum of 3.23mm. SMT lead coplanarity is controlled to 0.10mm maximum for positions 04-65. This part includes the -A option for an alignment pin (metal or plastic at Samtec discretion).

 

The receptacle is part of the CLE series and mates with the FTE and AW series headers. It is lead-free solderable and compatible with standard reflow processes.
