This high-temperature hinged connector interface fitting from ABB Power Electronics, model CIH12-90-FCI04, is engineered for demanding applications. Constructed from high-temperature polyamide, it provides a secure and reliable connection between FCI Apex automotive connectors or junior timer connectors and Harnessflex conduit systems.
The fitting offers complete cable protection right up to the connector, including strain relief and protection from high-pressure washing, which helps maintain the sealing integrity of the connector. It is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +185°C, with short-term capabilities up to +200°C.
With an IP40 degree of protection, this fitting ensures resistance against solid objects larger than 1mm. It also meets UL94 V2 and UL94 RTI 150 (Elec) fire performance standards. The dark orange finish provides medium UV protection, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. This interface is compatible with all Harnessflex conduits and is designed for conduit sizes NC12/NW10.
