The CD4041UBF3A from Harris Semiconductor is a CMOS quad true/complement buffer designed for applications requiring high noise immunity and low power dissipation. It features n- and p-channel units with low channel resistance and significant current sourcing and sinking capabilities, approximately four times that of standard 'B' drive types.
This buffer is suitable for use as a line driver, CMOS-to-DTL/TTL driver, ultra-low power resistor-network driver for A/D and D/A conversion, and transmission-line driver. It offers balanced sink and source current and equalized delay to true and complement outputs.
