C8051F310-GQR

The C8051F310-GQR is an 8-bit microcontroller from Silicon Labs based on the high-speed 8051 core with pipelined architecture, achieving up to 25 MIPS throughput at 25 MHz. It includes 16KB of in-system programmable Flash memory and 1.25KB of internal data RAM. The device features a 10-bit ADC with up to 200 ksps sampling rate and 21 external channels, two comparators, four 16-bit general-purpose timers, and a programmable counter array (PCA) with five capture/compare modules.

Communication interfaces include SMBus (I2C), SPI, and UART/USART, providing flexibility for various embedded applications. An internal oscillator at 24.5 MHz (±2% accuracy) eliminates the need for an external crystal, and the clock source can be switched on-the-fly for power saving. The microcontroller operates from a 2.7V to 3.6V supply and draws 5 mA typical at 25 MHz, 11 µA at 32 kHz, and 0.1 µA in stop mode.

The C8051F310-GQR is packaged in a 32-lead LQFP (7x7 mm) for surface mount assembly. It is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for industrial and commercial environments. On-chip debug circuitry enables full-speed, non-intrusive in-system debugging without an emulator.
