The C8051F061-GQR is an 8-bit microcontroller based on the high-speed pipelined 8051 CIP-51 core, capable of 25 MIPS throughput at 25 MHz. It includes 64 KB of in-system programmable Flash memory and 4.25 KB of internal data RAM. The device operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and features an internal oscillator at 24.5 MHz.
Analog peripherals include two 16-bit SAR ADCs with up to 1 Msps each, a 10-bit SAR ADC with 200 ksps and eight external inputs, and two 12-bit DACs. These converters enable mixed-signal data acquisition and waveform generation without external components.
Digital connectivity includes a CAN 2.0B controller with 32 message objects, SMBus/I2C, SPI, and two UART serial interfaces. Additional peripherals include a programmable counter/timer array with six capture/compare modules, a watchdog timer, brown-out detect, POR, and a temperature sensor.
The microcontroller is supplied in a 64-TQFP (10x10 mm) surface-mount package with a standard tape and reel packaging quantity of 500. It is rated for operation from -40°C to 85°C. Note that this part is listed as Not Recommended for New Designs; verify current lifecycle status before ordering.
