The C8051F022-GQR is an 8-bit microcontroller from Silicon Laboratories featuring a high-speed pipelined 8051 core capable of up to 25MIPS throughput. It integrates 64KB of in-system programmable Flash memory and 4.25KB of internal data RAM, along with an external memory interface supporting up to 64KB of off-chip data memory.
This device includes a rich set of analog peripherals: two 12-bit DACs, a 10-bit SAR ADC with up to 100 ksps sampling rate, an 8-bit ADC, analog comparators, a temperature sensor, and a voltage reference. Digital peripherals include 64 general-purpose I/O pins, SMBus/I2C, SPI, and two UART serial interfaces, plus a programmable counter/timer array and watchdog timer.
The microcontroller operates from a 2.7V to 3.6V supply and is specified over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range. It is offered in a 100-pin TQFP package (14x14mm) suitable for surface-mount assembly. On-chip JTAG debug and boundary scan support full-speed non-intrusive debugging.
