With a typical forward voltage of 1.4 V at 2 A and 25°C (maximum 1.8 V), and a reverse leakage current of 10 µA typical (50 µA maximum) at rated voltage and 25°C, this diode offers efficient rectification. The total capacitive charge is 11 nC and capacitance is 167 pF at 0 V. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to +175°C.

 

The diode comes in a surface-mount TO-252-2 (DPak) package. It is well-suited for use as a boost diode in power factor correction (PFC) or DC/DC stages, freewheeling diode in inverter stages, and in switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) and LED lighting power supplies.
