The Cinch C48-16R16-24S6-102 is a circular connector plug from the C48 (Omega) series, qualified to MIL-C-26500 and Boeing BACC45/BACC63 specifications. It features 24 power positions with female socket contacts terminated via crimp. The connector uses a bayonet lock coupling mechanism for secure mating and includes a coupling nut. The shell is made of anodized aluminum, providing durability and corrosion resistance. Contacts are gold-plated for reliable low-resistance connections.
The connector is designed for free hanging (in-line) mounting and is environmentally sealed, making it suitable for harsh environments. It operates over a wide temperature range from -55°C to 200°C. The cable opening accommodates 0.769" (19.53mm) diameter cables. This plug is part of a family that offers full performance in extreme environments, with a wide variety of configurations available.
