The BZX84J-B11,115 is a general-purpose Zener diode from the BZX84J series by Nexperia. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 11V with a tolerance of ±2%. The device is designed for voltage regulation and general-purpose applications.
With a maximum power dissipation of 550mW, it offers a maximum Zener impedance of 10Ω. The reverse leakage current is 100nA at 8V reverse voltage. The forward voltage is 1.1V at 100mA.
