The BZX79-C3V3,133 is a low-power voltage regulator diode from Nexperia, part of the BZX79 series. It provides a nominal zener voltage of 3.3V with a tolerance of ±5%, making it suitable for precision voltage reference and stabilization circuits. The diode can dissipate up to 400mW of power and features a maximum impedance of 95Ω at the zener voltage.
Designed for through-hole mounting, the device is housed in a hermetically sealed DO-204AH (DO-35) axial lead package, also known as ALF2. It operates over a wide temperature range from -65°C to 200°C, ensuring reliability in harsh environments. The reverse leakage current is limited to 5µA at 1V reverse voltage, and the forward voltage drop is 900mV at 10mA.
Typical applications include low-voltage stabilizers, voltage references, and general-purpose voltage regulation in consumer, industrial, and automotive electronics. The BZX79 series offers two tolerance grades; this variant provides the standard ±5% tolerance for cost-effective designs.
