The BZX585-C7V5,115 is a general-purpose Zener diode from Nexperia's BZX585 series. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 7.5V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum power dissipation of 300mW. The device features low differential resistance (10Ω max) and low reverse leakage current (1µA max at 5V). Forward voltage is 1.1V max at 100mA.
