The BZX585-B8V2,115 is a general-purpose Zener diode from Nexperia's BZX585 series. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 8.2V with ±2% tolerance. The device can dissipate up to 300mW total power and withstand non-repetitive peak reverse power of 40W. Forward voltage is 1.1V maximum at 100mA, and reverse leakage current is 700nA maximum at 5V. The impedance (Zzt) is 10Ω maximum. Operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
