The BZX384-C22,115 is a low-power voltage regulator diode from Nexperia's BZX384 series. It has a nominal Zener voltage of 22V with a tolerance of ±5% and a maximum total power dissipation of 300mW at an ambient temperature of 25°C. The device can handle a non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation of up to 40W.
This Zener diode is designed for general regulation functions. It features a maximum forward voltage of 0.9V at a forward current of 10mA and 1.1V at 100mA. The maximum Zener impedance at the test current is 55 ohms. The reverse leakage current is a maximum of 50nA at a reverse voltage of 15.4V.
The device is housed in a small SOD323 (SC-76) plastic surface-mount package with two leads. It has an operating temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. The part is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited).
