The BZX384-C20,115 is a low-power voltage regulator diode from the BZX384 series, designed for general regulation functions. It is housed in a small SOD323 (SC-76) surface-mounted plastic package.
This diode has a nominal Zener voltage of 20V with approximately ±5% tolerance. It can dissipate up to 300mW total power when mounted on an FR4 PCB at ambient temperatures up to 25°C. The maximum impedance (Zzt) is 55Ω, and reverse leakage current is 50nA at 14V.
