The BZV55-C3V6,115 is a low-power voltage regulator diode from Nexperia, part of the BZV55 series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 3.6V with ±5% tolerance, suitable for general regulation functions. The diode can dissipate up to 500mW of power (total power dissipation) and handle a non-repetitive peak reverse power of 40W. It features a maximum forward voltage of 900mV at 10mA forward current and a low reverse leakage current of 5µA at 1V reverse voltage. The operating temperature range spans from -65°C to 200°C, allowing use in harsh environments.
